Customising the Chat Bubble

To customise your chat bubble:

1. Go to My AI Agents
2. Select the Agent you want to customise
3. Open the Appearance tab
4. Scroll down to the Chat Icon section
5. Choose a Chat Bubble Colour
6. Upload your Chat Icon Image

Chat icon options

You have two ways to upload a chat icon:

• Transparent background
  Upload an icon with no background so it sits cleanly over your selected bubble colour.
• Full image
  Upload a complete image that includes a background, border, or any custom design you’ve created.

Tips

• You can use your own design, or an icon from your existing design system (e.g. Font Awesome) to keep things on-brand.
• You have full control over the look—go minimal or go bold with gradients, shadows, and outlines.

Important

If you upload a full image, you’ll still need to select a bubble colour. That colour appears when the chat widget is open, as your uploaded icon is only shown in the collapsed (minimised) state.
