Changing the Widget Position

You can control which side of the screen the chat appears on. This setting affects both the chat bubble and the chat window when it opens.

Option 1: Change via Dashboard (Recommended)

Go to My AI Agents
Select the Agent you want to embed
Open the Integrations tab
On the Embed AI Agent card, find the field called Widget Position
Choose either Bottom Left or Bottom Right
Click Update to save your changes
You’ll need to re-add the embed code to your website for the changes to take effect

Option 2: Change via Embed Code (Advanced)

If you prefer to manually edit the embed code, you can set the widget position directly in the data-position attribute:

Set data-position to "left" or "right" depending on where you want the widget to appear.
